For over 150 years now, the Salvation Army has provided food, shelter, companionship, relief, and so much more to citizens who are homeless, sick, elderly, disabled, and struggling with addiction.
Consisting of over 1.5 million members, the Salvation Army serves 25 million Americans each year. As one of the top charities in the United States, most people have a general knowledge of who they are, especially around the Holidays, thanks to the bell ringers.
Excel Moving and Storage, as an Allied Van Lines partner, has teamed up with the Salvation Army to help them provide for people in need.

Another organization that Excel Moving and Storage takes pride in donating to is Move for Hunger. Move for Hunger is a non-profit organization that partners with moving companies across the United States to provide families in need with meals. As of 2019, Move for Hunger has donated over 12 million meals to people in need. With the help of Excel Moving and Storage, we have helped provide over 400,000 of these meals to individuals throughout the United States.

Through our continuous partnership with the Salvation Army, we are able to transform lives within the community, however; we strive to do better each and every year, which is where our clients and customers can help. By donating your unused and unwanted belongings, you can change a life.
