Richard Eberhardt has been working with Davidson & Jones Hotel Corp as we furnish the new Courtyard by Marriott at Triangle Town Center. He has been a miracle worker in that he has been able to accept deliveries for this hotel, many of which with significant bulk and weight, with little or no notice on many occasions. He is always professional, well organized and accommodating to our needs. Most impertant of all, he never panics and just performs in a superior fashion. We appreciate his value to our project.

We have utilized the Raleigh branch as a receiving and storage warehouse for our equipment on large construction project in downtown Raleigh. I can say in using a number of warehouses in this fashion across the East Coast that Excel has stood out from most others and has been everything we asked for and more, Rich Eberhardt has accommodated our every request in regards to our material receiving procedures and notifications, as well as assisting our crews with the material pick-ups and loading. I would not hesitate to use Excel again if the opportunity arises, and I would recommend them highly.

I just wanted to take a second to say how wonderful it is to work with Kris Rizzo at the Raleigh office. I handle all the 3rd pty accounts for Nor-Cal and I accept and bid on any move that Excel is close to because i know Kris always provides the best customer service to each customer all day, every day and i know the Excel crews are exceptional. I wish there was a "Rizzo" at every o/a-d/a i deal with system wide!
